Job summary

Truist Financial in Atlanta seeks a senior HHG Banking client manager to drive growth across Hospitals, Higher Education, and Government clients. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Wealth and Risk to expand relationships, meet loan, deposit, and fee-based revenue targets, and deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 3-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably with Hospitals, Higher Ed & Government clients.
• Ability to grasp large complex Hospital/Higher Ed/Government credits clearly.
• Strong command of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan focused on growing new relationships and expanding existing client relationships in the Hospitals, Higher Ed & Government segment.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience in all interactions with clients, prospects, and centers of influence driven by use of Financial Insights and other strategic advisory tools and resources.
• Develop new business client relationships and improve market share of business loans and non-credit services, including deposits.
• Collaborate with various Line of Business partners to execute growth strategies for HHG clients.
• Assume responsibility for profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the assigned portfolio, including servicing credit relationships and loan closings.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to bank policies and objectives.
