Job summary

Golden Heart Senior Care seeks attentive Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist clients with personal care and homemaker/companion services in the home according to each care plan.

You will perform housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, companionship, personal hygiene, memory care, and care coordination while communicating professionally with families and your team to deliver compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Background screening is required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Prior home care experience is a plus.
• Respect for client confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping in clients' homes.

Job Summary

The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home.

Responsibilities can include but not limited to

• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Companionship
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Memory Care
• Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background screening
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
