Golden Heart Senior Care Corporate is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and homemaker/companion services in clients' homes in Sun City, Arizona. The role includes one-on-one client care with flexible shifts and potential training opportunities. The franchisee handles hiring decisions and direct inquiries.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, companionship, and memory care support, with professional communication to families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to employment
• Driver's license and auto insurance with clean driving record
• Prior home care experience is a plus
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Job Summary

The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home.

Responsibilities can include but not limited to

• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Companionship
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Memory Care
• Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background screening
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
