Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in North Leon County seeks experienced CNA/HHA caregivers to make a difference in their community by delivering compassionate, non-medical home care in clients' homes.

You will provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders while benefiting from competitive pay ($16 to $19 per hour), direct deposit, weekly and same-day pay with Zayzoon, comprehensive training, and flexible schedules near clients’ locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNA or HHA providing non-medical home care.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families, and to work reliably.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social interaction.
• Provide personal care as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Be punctual and reliably cover shifts.
