Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Florida is seeking experienced caregivers to provide meaningful, in-home care to people of all ages and abilities, ensuring their well-being where they are happiest and most comfortable—in their own homes.

You will deliver companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders, with start times around 7 or 8 am, coverage across Highlands County, and benefits including competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and training, and overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Must have Hoyer-lift training.
• Experience providing non-medical care including companionship.
• Availability to start around 7 or 8 am.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist the client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
