Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced Caregiver/CNA professionals in Panama City, Florida to provide in-home support to clients across ages and abilities. You will assist with non-medical tasks, maintain companionship, help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, and coordinate closely with clients and families to ensure consistent, reliable care.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Level 2 AHCA background check as required by Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and coordinate with family/caregivers.
• Establish professional communication with clients, family, and colleagues.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in covering shifts.
