Culture Care Senior Living is seeking Caregivers (HHAs/PCAs) to join our team. We offer free PCA certification through our on-site school, and a supportive environment focused on compassion, growth, and meaningful resident care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, providing companionship, and helping with light housekeeping and meals. We value reliability, teamwork, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Current HHA or PCA certification required for Caregiver role.
• Willingness to complete certification through our program.
• Passion for working with seniors and a strong work ethic.
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal service, and medication (if certified as a Med Tech)
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
• Support a safe and respectful environment for residents and team members
