Job summary

Culture Care Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers (HHAs/PCAs) to join our team. We offer on-site PCA certification at no cost, plus opportunities for training, development, and advancement.

You’ll work in a supportive, hands-on environment with leadership that values growth and teamwork. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, providing companionship, and collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or PCA certification (required)
• Willingness to complete certification through our program
• Passion for working with seniors
• Strong work ethic
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal service, and medication (if certified as a Med Tech)
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
• Support a safe and respectful environment for residents and team members
• 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:10 pm
