Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, including personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship. You’ll help maintain dignity and comfort in daily activities while working with a supportive team.

The role offers part-time or full-time day shifts, a $16/hour pay rate with biweekly pay, paid training, and a generous sign-on bonus. Our office staff are friendly, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a CNA in the last 3 years in a supervised setting preferred or PCA Certification.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Be a steady, friendly presence that brings comfort and peace of mind.
