Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is hiring Home Health Aides and Caregivers with personal care experience for flexible part-time and full-time shifts in Massachusetts. Walk-ins welcome and opportunities to fit busy schedules.

You will assist clients with mobility, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. We value reliability, English proficiency, and a compassionate approach to supporting seniors in our community.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable Transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities: mobility, housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.

Education

High school diploma or GED

CNA/HHA/PCA certification (preferred)
