Job summary

Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in the Juno Beach area. The role focuses on personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and patient companionship, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

Candidates must have a CNA license or HHA certificate, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, CPR, and pass a Level 2 background check through the Florida Clearinghouse.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID and auto insurance.
• CPR certification required (not an online class).
• Level 2 Background screen via Florida Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities (hygiene, dressing, ambulation, transfers).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions and accompany patients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Support patients with hospice care, reminders for medications, and mobility exercises.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate
