Job summary

Savens Homecare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to assist clients in their homes with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meals. You will administer medications as directed and document care while coordinating with a caring team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of home care experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid certification is required or readily available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

The Home Healthcare Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing light housekeeping and meal preparation services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• CPR and First AIde Certification
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
