Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The In-Home Caregiver will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. CPR certificate is required for this role. This is a part time position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional

• Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Communicate with clients and families to provide education and support

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning

• Other duties as assigned
