Competenze

• Current, valid State CNA certification in good standing.
• Successful completion of an HHA Course.

• Recent Physical Exam for work clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, minors, juveniles, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting activities, and dressing patients
• Teach family members ways to care for patient
• Provide care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and outdoor activities
• Provide companionship, 1:1 supervision

Requirements

• A current, valid State CNA certification and in good standing
• Successful completion of an HHA Course
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x‑ray
• Recent Physical Exam for work clearance
• Level 2 AHCA Background Check: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience (unless participating in an approved Mentor Program)
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull; varied assistance required depending on client mobility; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing to work with bed‑bound clients and during weekends
