Requirements

• Must speak fluent English
• Must be 21 years old
• HHA or CNA certification with current in‑service training
• Valid Florida Driver's License (Learner's Permits not accepted)
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Up‑to‑date documents, including CPR/BLS, Alzheimer's Training (4 Hours), HIPAA, Domestic Violence, OSHA – HIV/AIDS, OSHA – Infection Control, Universal Precautions, Self‑Administration of Medication, Physical & TB Test (dated within 12 months)
• AHCA Level 2 Background Check
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• 2 professional references as CNA/HHA
