What You’ll Do :

Assist clients with personal hygiene (including bathing, dressing, and grooming)

Help with mobility exercises and report any changes to the nurse case manager

Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments

Offer companionship and emotional support

What We Require :

Valid Indiana HHA or CNA license

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year of experience in home healthcare

Current CPR certification

Physical exam and negative TB skin test (within the last 12 months)

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to safeguard client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Negative drug test and motor vehicle background check

Strong communication skills (must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently)

Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide

BLS Certification (Preferred)
