Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care in Union, NJ and surrounding areas. Earn $16 per hour plus extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ CHHA license is required.
• Willing to work in Union, Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
• English preferred; bilingual capability is a plus.
• Drivers license preferred.
• Candidates should show compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Help with daily care (dressing, bathing, toileting, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities; be a friendly, steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
