Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate in-home care. The role emphasizes companionship, personal care, and daily support for bedbound clients, with a focus on safety, reliability, and dignity.

Roles include mobility assistance, medication reminders, and maintaining clean, welcoming home environments. Successful candidates should have a CHHA license and a patient-centered approach to care in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• English preferred or bilingual English.
• Comfortable providing care for bedbound clients including personal care, mobility and daily needs.
• Reliable transportation; drivers preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities: dressing, bathing, meals; assist with mobility.
• Give help with daily care, dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalation of safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.
