Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will bring comfort and companionship to clients, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment.

The role requires a valid CHHA license in NJ, willingness to work in Parlin (Sayreville), and weekend availability with evening shifts. A compassionate, reliable, and honest approach is essential to support our clients’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License.
• Must be willing to work in Parlin (Sayreville), NJ.
• Availability to work weekends, 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
• English/Bilingual English preferred.
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence.
