Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking On-Call Home Health Aides and CNAs to support clients in Indiana. You will provide compassionate care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and monitoring clients' well-being. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks are required; online training followed by hands-on training will be provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on office needs.
• Indiana: complete 59 hours of online training through CareAcademy before starting, plus 16 hours hands-on training after start date; enrollment paid by PurposeCare; existing completion exempts you from repeating training.

• In order towork as a Home Health Aide for PurposeCare in the state of Indiana, you will be requiredto complete 59 hoursof online training through CareAcademyprior to starting employment, and 16 hours of hands-on training following your start date. The enrollment fee for this program will be paid for by PurposeCare, and no cost to you. If you have already completed this Home Health Aide Competency Evaluation Program, you can submitthe appropriate documentationand will be exempt from repeating training.
