Job summary

Split Rock Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist residents with transportation and non-clinical support throughout the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

• Current New York State HHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from therapy, activities, dining rooms, appointments, and other areas of the facility.


• Assist residents with wheelchairs, stretchers, and other mobility equipment.


• Provide support with resident comfort and non-clinical needs during transport.
