Job summary

togetherwecancareers is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide health-related tasks and support with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and light housekeeping in clients' homes or facilities under RN supervision.

The role requires completion of NY Department of Health approved HHA training or an equivalency/competency program. You will participate in care planning and execute plan of care while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have NY Department of Health approved Home Health Aide Basic Training or equivalency/competency program.

• Follows care plan instructions as directed by RN.
