Job summary

Hope Home Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. You will help clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety and well-being, with a focus on personal care and companionship.

No prior certification is required; reliable and responsible attitudes are valued. You will work with a supportive care team and may have flexible scheduling and quick onboarding to start helping clients promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team.

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
