Job summary
Broughton Transport Solutions, based at HQ in Melksham, Wiltshire, is hiring Class 1 / Artic Drivers to join our busy team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, performing multi-drop deliveries and palletised freight collections within the local area.
Our Pallet Network operation covers a large area, handles 4,000+ pallets per week with 30+ vehicles daily. Shifts start 06:00–08:00, about 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday with optional weekend work.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 Licence and Driver CPC required.
- Experience with multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
- Experience with palletised freight handling is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Multi-drop deliveries & collections of palletised freight within the local area (domestic & industrial)
- Using electric pallet truck & tail lift to offload safely where applicable
- Using ePOD to obtain proof of delivery & collection

Due to continued growth, Broughton Transport Solutions are looking to hire Class 1 / Artic Drivers to join our busy team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You will work in a team of other drivers to perform multi-drop deliveries & collections of palletised freight within the local area.
Our Pallet Network operation covers a large area and operates 30+ vehicles daily. We are members of two pallet networks seeing us handle 4,000+ pallets per week.
- Multi-drop deliveries & collections of palletised freight within the local area (domestic & industrial)
- Using electric pallet truck & tail lift to offload safely where applicable
- Using ePOD to obtain proof of delivery & collection
Valid licence & Driver CPC required
Shifts start between 06:00-08:00AM, approx 40+ hours per week.
Monday to Friday. Plus additional weekend work if desired.
Flexible shifts/working pattern available for the right candidate
Starting from £33,800 annually + weekly over-time + daily bonus + other benefits
