S J Bargh Ltd is Lancaster-based family-owned logistics specialist serving UK clients with milk transport, general haulage, and parts distribution. We are seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver (Tramping) to join our team here in Lancaster, operating on a 4 on/4 off rota.

You will collect milk from farms and deliver to dairies or unload into trailers, with weekend and bank holiday shifts. Full induction, ongoing DCPC training, and uniform/PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid licence Category C+E and up-to-date DCPC qualification.
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness and adherence to legal duties.

Responsibilities

• Collect milk from farmers premises and deliver to dairies or unload into trailers.
• Work on a rota pattern with weekends, bank holidays and Christmas if scheduled on shift.
• Adhere to all legal compliance and vehicle regulations.

vehicle repairs and management to customers throughout the UK.

Here at S J Bargh, we have an opportunity for aClass 1 HGV Driver (Tramping)to join the team based inLancaster.

You will be collecting milk from farmers premises and delivering to dairies or unloading into trailers. Work is on a rota pattern

and involves weekends, bank holidays and Christmas if scheduled on shift.

4 on 4 off

Rates of Pay:

• Basic rates of pay per shift from £163.81 - £198.90
• Additional hours paid based on weekly cumulative hours met

What skills & qualifications do you need?

• Hold a valid licence Category C+E
• Have a relevant up to date DCPC qualification
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness
• Be responsible for ensuring all your daily duties linked to legal compliance and legislation are strictly adhered to
