Job summary

Griffin Greenhouse Supplies in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Hard Goods Sales Representative to grow our customer base. You will meet with clients in the field, demonstrate premium horticultural products, and manage pricing, contracts, and order entry to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years sales experience (ideally in horticulture), and strong negotiation and CRM skills to build lasting relationships.

• A degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is a bonus.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in horticulture or agriculture.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and working with wholesale/retail customers.
• A passion for horticulture and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM software and order systems.
• Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle!

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 plus commission and may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
