Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to read schematics, use meters and test equipment to maintain electrical power systems in the plant. The role involves predictive and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with process and project engineers to install and modify equipment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with DCS and PLCs, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to educate colleagues in a multi-functional maintenance team.

Competenze

• Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Experience in a safety-focused, team-based environment.

Mansioni

• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on electrical power systems, instrumentation, PLCs and plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution panels, transformers, motors, starters, breakers.
• Install, remove, rig, align or change out equipment; modify existing equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with process and project engineers to install or upgrade equipment.
• Coach safety and lead by example; educate others to support a multi-functional maintenance team.

Essential Functions of the Job:Technicians must be able to read schematics, use meters, meggers, power analyzers, phase meters, and other test equipment to maintain and trouble shoot the electrical power systems, instrumentation, PLCs and equipment in the plant.Perform predictive and preventative maintenance dutiesWork closely with all team members to ensure that work is done in a safe manner.Works with process and project engineers as necessary to install new equipment and modify existing equipment.Assist other team members in the mill as necessary to minimize downtime and maintain qualityComply with all company policies as well as local, state and federal laws/regulations.Communicates closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members on the status of work progress.Assists in the education of other team members to produce a multi-functional maintenance department.Assists manufacturing teams as necessary in process troubleshooting.Coaches safety in others and leads by example.Maintains and develops team relationships.Technicians will be required to install, remove, rig, align, or change out electrical distribution panels, transformers, motors, starters, breakers.Develops and stays current in cross-functional maintenance skills.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities: This is not a Supervisory positionAdditional Requirements: Specific knowledge and experience with:Distributed Control Systems (DCS).Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).Experience working in a Safety focused team-based, customer and quality-emphasized environment.Additional Requirements: Specific knowledge and experience with:Distributed Control Systems (DCS).Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).Experience working in a Safety focused team-based, customer and quality-emphasized environment.
