Job summary

Epsilon C5I in Dayton, Ohio, seeks an HF Analyst 2 to perform high-frequency radar analysis on-site to support NASIC with 24/7 coverage. Qualifications

Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), a division of Epsilon Systems Solutions, is a 100 percent employee-owned company founded in 1998 with more than 20 locations serving the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, non-profit and commercial customers. The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.

Epsilon C5I is looking for qualified candidates to conduct High Frequency (HF) radar analysis on-site to provide 24-hour seven days per week support to our mission partner. The ideal HF Analyst 2 will have experience in producing integrated multi-layered products from HF data in a second and third phase production setting. Familiarity with real-world of PIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) collection and reporting highly desirable.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyze HF radar intelligence data using LINUX-based SCIMITAR tools to produce full event report packages.
• Analyze sensor-derived HF radar data and produce applicable written and graphic reports.
• Ability and willingness to become geospatially familiar with various areas of responsibility.
• Support development of new applications and processes.
• Support multiple phases of PIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED).
• Complete rapid tasks as needed.
• Maintain and/or manage multiple databases.
• Operate independently or as part of an intelligence production team.
• Prepare and present briefings on analysis derived findings and assist in task planning.

Required Qualifications

• High School degree and military technical training or equivalent.
• 5 Years intelligence experience including 1-3 years of PIR experience.
• Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
• General understanding of PIR analysis and/or production.
• Effective writing and communications skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of PIR experience.
• Computer programming languages.
• Data management.
• Familiar with ArcGIS, Google Earth, SOCET GXP, COMET, Remote View, MatLAB, MIST, ENVI, AGITK, and/or GETS.
• NASIC production experience.
