Epsilon C5I is looking for qualified candidates to conduct High Frequency (HF) radar analysis on-site to provide 24-hour seven days per week support to our mission partner. The Ideal HF Analyst 4 candidate will have experience in producing integrated multi-layered products from HF data in a second and third phase production setting. Familiarity with real-world of PIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) collection and reporting highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extract, process, and analyze HF radar intelligence data using LINUX-based SCIMITAR tools to produce full event report packages.
• Analyze sensor-derived HF radar data and produce applicable written and graphic reports.
• Ability and willingness to become geospatially familiar with various areas of responsibility.
• Support development of new applications and processes.
• Support multiple phases of PIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED).
• Complete rapid tasks as needed.
• Maintain and/or manage multiple databases.
• Operate independently or as part of an intelligence production team.
• Prepare and present briefings on analysis derived findings and assist in task planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of intelligence experience including 5-7 years of PIR experience.
• Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
• General understanding of PIR analysis and/or production.
• Effective writing and communications skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of PIR experience.
• Computer programming languages.
• Data management.
• Familiar with ArcGIS, Google Earth, SOCET GXP, COMET, Remote View, MatLAB, MIST, ENVI, AGITK, and/or GETS.
• NASIC production experience.
