Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking a temporary consultant to serve as HxGN EAM Project Manager for the NYCT DOS Enterprise Asset Management deployment.

The role requires guiding the EAM rollout and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. The candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on HxGN EAM experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced rail/transit environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM.
• 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred.
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HxGN EAM Project Manager for DOS Enterprise Asset Management rollout.
• Provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS EAM implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Critical Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience
• Preferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
