Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across assigned facilities and support safety programs. You will manage permits, reporting, emergency response, and incident investigations while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree or equivalent, with deep knowledge of environmental regulations and OSHA/PSM requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, Clean Air Act, water).

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental permits and compliance obligations across facilities.
• Oversee hazardous waste programs, reporting, and pollution prevention initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations using root-cause methodologies.
• Develop and deliver HES training programs for facility personnel.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective actions.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and maintain compliance documentation.
