Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Hernia Specialist to drive clinical excellence and growth in hernia procedures within a defined territory. This is a remote role requiring travel to multiple accounts across the territory and a valid driver’s license.

The position includes strategic account planning, deployment of robotic integration initiatives, and collaboration with education and program teams to accelerate adoption. Competitive USD base salary with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of the territory.
• 6+ years in sales/related roles in medical devices or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience or higher as alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management.
• Develop strategic account plans and key customer relationships.
• Execute robotic integration initiatives to accelerate adoption.
• Lead education programs and sales initiatives to grow market share.
• Forecast and manage opportunities to meet quota.
