Job summary

PacAero, based in Wenatchee, WA, seeks a Glass Seal Technician I for swing shift. The role involves hermetically sealing electronic contacts with glass to customer specs, plus inspections and adherence to safety and production standards.

The successful candidate will read engineering drawings, perform microscope inspections, and follow SOPs to ensure high-quality hermetic connectors for aerospace and medical components.

Qualifications

• Must read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings accurately.
• Ability to perform microscopic visual inspections and document results.
• Comply with safety rules, SOPs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings to determine component requirements.
• Perform in-process visual inspections under a microscope.
• Seal RF connectors using glass-to-metal sealing per SOPs.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate quality records and support continuous improvement.
