Job summary

English Heritage is seeking a Volunteer and Community Engagement Manager to grow our volunteering and community engagement across multiple sites. The role entails delivering engaging programmes, recruiting and leading volunteer teams, and building partnerships with diverse local communities.

You will develop initiatives that strengthen connections between sites and their neighborhoods, while supporting sustainability through in-kind support and fundraising. Flexible/hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing diverse volunteering programmes across sites.
• Ability to work with external partners and community stakeholders.
• Devising and delivering activities, events and outreach to new audiences.
• Developing engaging experiences for visitors and under-represented communities.
