Job summary

The Thought Leader Liaison at GSK will build strategic relationships with External Experts across Hepatology/GI to generate actionable insights that shape brand strategy. You will coordinate engagements, manage a thought leader network, and work across medical, regulatory, and commercial teams while maintaining compliance.

A strong background in hepatology, deep stakeholder management, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma or biotech.
• Specialty Hepatology/GI experience required.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel 60–80%, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned External Experts.
• Plan and execute compliant External Expert engagements aligned to brand priorities.
• Segment and manage a thought leader network to optimize engagement.
• Elicit, document, and synthesize clinical, competitive, and strategic insights.
• Share insights with marketing senior leadership to inform strategy.
• Plan and execute External Expert consulting engagements and advisory boards.
• Coordinate and support External Expert executive interactions with commercial leadership.
• Enable peer‑to‑peer education and sponsorship at Tier 1 congresses.
• Lead sponsor initiatives at congresses and host speakers.
