Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. seeks an MVOL to advance scientific exchange and build strategic medical relationships with national PHDMs and strategic accounts in US hematology/oncology.

This field-based role translates health economics, HEOR, and real-world evidence into actionable insights for evidence-based healthcare decisions. The position focuses on non-promotional medical support, collaboration with HEOR teams, and dynamic engagement across community oncology networks and payor pathways.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in health sciences-related field or master's with extensive industry experience.
• 2–3+ years of related work experience (MSL, Market Access, Managed Care, Value and Access); 2+ years of HEOR/RWE preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape including R&D and managed care.
• Competency in medical science, epidemiology, clinical trials, drug development, outcomes research, and health economics.
• Proven experience building KOL relationships with top-tier medical experts.
• Previous experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred.
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary field medical lead to generate and execute scientific discussions with national population health decision makers and strategic accounts.
• Develop key opinion leader (KOL) and PHDM relationships across all assigned segments.
• Support market access strategy through HEOR/RWE data exchange, including value dossiers and budget impact models.
• Identify opportunities for HEOR/RWE data generation aligned with publication plans.
• Collect insights on treatment barriers and ensure on-label use in clinical pathways and payor pathways.
• Enhance field medical reporting to quantify value of activities.
