Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Medical Value and Outcomes Liaison (MVOL) to advance scientific exchange and build strategic relationships with national health decision makers and major accounts in US community oncology and payor networks.

As a field-based, non-promotional medical expert, you will translate HEOR/RWE into actionable insights, support market access strategies, and collaborate with the medical HEOR team to inform evidence-based healthcare decisions.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree (PharmD/MD/PhD) or Master’s in health sciences with relevant industry experience.
2–3+ years in MSL, Market Access, Managed Care, or Value and Access; HEOR/RWE preferred.
Deep understanding of pharma landscape, R&D, clinical development and commercialization.
Experience building relationships with medical experts/KOLs.

Responsibilities

Lead scientific discussions with national community oncology networks and payors.
Develop and nurture KOL and PHDM relationships across strategic accounts.
Support market access and HEOR teams with RWE and value dossiers.
Identify HEOR/RWE data opportunities aligned with publications plans.
Capture insights to support on-label PTI therapies in pathways and payor tools.
Enhance field medical reporting to quantify value of activities.
