Henry Ford Health in Taylor, Michigan is seeking a Technical Leader – Hemodialysis for the Taylor Dialysis center, a full-time role supporting the dialysis team from equipment to patient care. You will work closely with the Medical Director, Administrative Manager, and Nurse Manager to ensure safe, reliable dialysis services and high-quality outcomes in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

Two years of dialysis experience.
Associate's degree in Science or LPN, OR Associate's degree in electronics/biomedical technology, OR two years equivalent experience.
Current certification as a dialysis technician or current LPN license in Michigan.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Medical Director, Administrative Manager, and Nurse Manager to oversee all technical aspects of dialysis care.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to biomedical and electronic equipment.
Provide training and support to dialysis technicians and staff on equipment usage and maintenance.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in dialysis care.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
