The Hemodialysis Technician is an unlicensed health care provider responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse in the care of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment within scope of practice. Responsibilities include maintenance and disinfection of dialysis equipment, ordering and stocking supplies necessary for in‑patient dialysis treatment, monitoring and cleaning supply area as well as other duties as assigned.
