Encompass Health in New Albany, Ohio is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care in our inpatient dialysis unit. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess patients, develop care plans, and educate staff while ensuring adherence to dialysis standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (help to obtain)
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervise care, treatments, and patient assessments; create personalized care plans.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care.
• Build relationships with patients addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
