Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is recruiting a Hemodialysis RN in Ohio to deliver direct patient care in an inpatient dialysis setting. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and develop individualized care plans within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, tailored care, collaboration with staff, and ongoing professional development in a cutting-edge dialysis suite.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help to obtain).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
