Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MBBS degree.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.
• American Board of Pathology certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
• American Board of Pathology subspecialty certification in Hematopathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for hematopathology.
• Oversee laboratory subspecialty areas, including hematology, flow cytometry, hematopathology-related cytogenetics, and molecular pathology.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues, participate in tumor boards, and advance multidisciplinary care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and clinical fellows, and contribute to scholarly and research activities.
• Promote teamwork, communication, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
