Qualifications

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of flow cytometry methods and quality control.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Management of flow cytometry staff: assign responsibilities, manage hours, and overtime.
• Develop new workflows to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Lead staff meetings and monitor performance and training.
• Oversee policy/procedure updates and sign-offs with directors.
• Maintain quality control programs and comply with accreditation standards.
• Participate in budgeting and cost containment using Epic Beaker data.
• Procure equipment and negotiate vendor pricing.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely supply orders.
• Coordinate documentation and reporting with leadership.
• Support training of residents and fellows as needed.

5 years supervisory experience in flow
