City of Hope Chicago (Zion, IL) seeks a Hematopathologist/Surgical Pathologist to join our expanding Department of Pathology. The role involves diagnostic services for hematologic malignancies and general surgical pathology, with collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Board-certified candidates with an MD or equivalent degree are required, and an unrestricted Illinois medical license is essential. The Zion site features a FACT accreditation and ties to the Stem Cell Transplant Program.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree and eligibility for an unrestricted Illinois medical license.
• Board Certification in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology is required.
• Hematopathology and surgical pathology expertise preferred and demonstrates diagnostic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic services for hematologic malignancies and general surgical pathology.
• Support clinical care with accurate interpretations and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Join a team of pathologists and allied professionals at the Zion site.
