Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Hematopathologist for a community hospital–based pathology practice in Washington. The role offers a diverse mix of hematopathology and solid tumor cases with close collaboration with oncology specialists.

Both experienced pathologists and fellows are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality assurance within a physician-led group.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in AP or AP/CP.
• Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in Hematopathology.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic interpretation in hematopathology and related subspecialties.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, clinicians, and pathology colleagues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions as appropriate.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support a team-based, patient-centered approach to pathology services.
