Job summary

A community hospital–based pathology practice in Washington seeks a Board-Certified Hematopathologist to join a collegial, physician-led group serving a large regional health system. The role offers a diverse mix of hematopathology and solid tumor cases with collaboration across oncology specialists.

Both experienced pathologists and fellows are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or AP/CP.
• Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in Hematopathology.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Washington.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic interpretation in hematopathology and related subspecialties.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, clinicians, and pathology colleagues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions as appropriate.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support a team-based, patient-centered approach to pathology services.
