Job summary
Markent Personnel is assisting a community hospital–based pathology practice in Washington to recruit a Board-Certified Hematopathologist. The role offers a diverse mix of hematopathology and solid tumor cases, with close collaboration with oncology specialists.
Both experienced pathologists and fellows are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include diagnostic interpretation, multidisciplinary discussions, and contributing to quality assurance in a team-based, patient-centered pathology
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or AP/CP
- Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in Hematopathology
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Texas
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic interpretation in hematopathology and related subspecialties
- Collaborate closely with oncologists, clinicians, and pathology colleagues
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions as appropriate
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support a team-based, patient-centered approach to pathology services
