Albany Med Health System is seeking a seventh AP/CP board-certified, Hematopathology fellowship-trained pathologist to join the Division of Hematopathology in Albany, NY. The role includes both clinical hematopathology sign-out and academic activities with residents and fellows.

Base salary is commensurate with experience and rank; total compensation includes a sign-on bonus and incentive components, with strong benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• AP/CP board-certified in pathology.
• Hematopathology fellowship trained.
• Experience with sign-out in hematopathology (bone marrow, tissue, blood/CSF).

Responsibilities

• Hematopathology sign-out (bone marrow, tissue, blood/CSF on a rotating basis).
• Shared Hematopathology call.
• Academic activities: sign-out with fellows/residents/students and teaching conferences.
