Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine invites an Associate Director, Real World Value & Evidence – Hematology, to lead real-world evidence generation and outcomes research for hematology products in Horsham, PA. You will design studies, model economic value, and publish findings to support market access strategies.

You will collaborate across teams, manage budgets, and mentor a cross-functional group to deliver scientifically robust evidence that informs payer communications and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health economics and outcomes research, pharmacoepidemiology, health services research, health policy, pharmacy, or related field required.
• Doctorate (PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare, especially in health economics, epidemiology, real-world evidence generation, or outcomes research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-world evidence studies and outcomes research; create economic models for hematology products.
• Lead design, execution, and publication of evidence studies in line with scientific standards and SOPs.
• Develop and update research/publication plans to support the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP).
• Collaborate with internal/external experts to generate/disseminate robust evidence and support payer value propositions.
• Manage research projects, analytics, and budgets; ensure regulatory/commercial compliance.
• Understand US payer needs and translate insights into payer communications.
