• Strong foundation in outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or economic modeling.
• Experience publishing findings and presenting to technical/non-technical audiences.

• Lead real-world evidence generation and outcomes research for hematology products.
• Design, execute, and publish observational studies and economic models.
• Develop publication and dissemination plans aligned with IEGP and IET.
• Collaborate with internal/external experts to disseminate robust evidence.
• Oversee budgets, analytics, and field materials pull-through.
